This is a genuinely short policy, and that's deliberate — we checked our own product directly before writing it, rather than assume. AIgile does not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies of any kind. The only cookies in use are the ones strictly necessary to keep the service working.
1. Cookies we use
Clerk (auth)
Keeps you signed in between page visits. Without it, you’d need to log in again on every page.
Stripe (checkout)
Set only during a payment/checkout session, to process your payment securely.
Both of these are "strictly necessary" cookies under Australian and international cookie-consent guidance — they're required for the site to function (staying logged in, completing a payment) rather than for tracking or advertising, so we don't need separate consent to use them, but we'll still ask on your first visit so you have full visibility.
2. What we don't use

- •No behavioural analytics or tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta/Facebook Pixel, no similar tooling — confirmed directly in our own codebase, not assumed).
- •No third-party cookies used to build a profile of you across other sites.
3. Managing cookies
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, blocking them will break core functionality — you won't be able to stay logged in or complete a payment. You can still control or clear cookies through your browser's own settings at any time.
4. Changes to this policy
If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set — not after the fact.
